By registering your product on this site you agree to abide by the terms and agreement of the policy outlined here by TinyLightbulbs.com.
- If a name is used that intentionally/unintentionally infringes on an existing trademark TinyLightbulbs.com reserves the right to immediately delete the brand from active selling. TinyLightbulbs.com is your production company for the product you have/had designed and you are selling and is not liable for any infringement you may incur either intentionally or unintentionally. This also applies to any media used in your commercials on our site. Any commercial found to have infringing material will be immediately deleted.
- We agree to show your products to interested buyers at the store levels you selected when creating your account. This in no way guarantees a sale to any or all those stores.
- TinyLightbulbs.com does not tolerate the use of racial slurs and/or the use of offensive language. If a user or brand is deemed to be in violation of this policy their account will be immediately terminated and face the possibility of their IP address also being banned for life.
- You agree to give TinyLightbulbs.com the right to display on your behalf the products you have for sale and register on our site. Once an order is placed, the vendor is expected to ship within 3 business days. Should you choose to remove your product, TinyLightbulbs.com has 14 days from the date of removal at your request to delete your product from our catalog. At the end of that time period the rights given to us revert back to you. Until then, it is required that you honor orders placed. You will not receive any additional compensation for items sold during that time frame above and beyond the original agreement.
- You agree to give TinyLightbulbs 13% of the earnings on the moneys transferred through us. We agree to publish your product at the price you enter in this form, therefore once your product is sold we will collect 100% of the price on TinyLightbulbs.com, and we will fund you 87% of what the customer paid to receive your product, once you verify that the product has been shipped to the customer.
- By registering any product with this form to TinyLightbulbs.com you are also creating a seller/buyer account. This account will be registered under the name and email address stated in this form. If you are registering a second or later product, another account will not be created if the email address is the same as the initial.
- After submitting this form you will receive an email to confirm your account as a customer. The email associated with this account will be the same one for your seller account.
